Lynette Chan

Lynette Chan possesses extensive experience in clinical operations and quality management, currently serving as Associate Director, Field Clinical Quality and Employee Development at Abbott since January 2019. Prior roles at Abbott include Senior Manager and FCRA Manager. Lynette has also been with Synteract since September 2012, holding the position of Senior Manager, Clinical Operations, among other roles. Previous experience includes Expert Clinical Research Associate at Novartis from 2006 to 2012 and Senior Clinical Research Associate at GSK from 2001 to 2006. Lynette holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from Austin College.
