Shelby MacKey

Shelby Mackey is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in mental health and advocacy. Currently serving as a School Clinician at Syntero, Inc. since July 2020, Shelby previously enhanced young adult advocacy efforts as the Young Adult Advocacy Coordinator for NAMI Mid-Ohio from January 2022 to July 2024. Shelby's background includes two years as a Match Support Specialist with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio and experience as a Campus Manager at University Tees. Academic foundations were established at Ohio Wesleyan University, where Shelby earned a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Psychology and served in various leadership roles, including Resident Assistant and Student Admissions Representative. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at The Ohio State University, Shelby demonstrates a commitment to advancing mental health and support services.
