Ron Dearing

Ron Dearing serves as the founder and CEO of Synthesis Systems, Inc., leading an innovative consulting firm that provides cutting-edge technology solutions to government and commercial clients since June 2003. In addition to this role, Ron Dearing is currently a Senior Software Architect, responsible for architecting and deploying AWS cloud infrastructure focused on security and compliance, and previously held significant positions at organizations such as US Customs and Border Protection, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Freddie Mac, where expertise was provided in various software systems and architectures. Ron Dearing holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
