Lara Gil is an experienced AI Quality Assurance Lead at Synthesis since March 2022, overseeing a team focused on creating actionable progress reports and collaborating with various departments to transform metrics into accessible data. With a background as an EdTech specialist, Lara teaches ethical decision-making and problem-solving skills to a global community of students and facilitates online courses that enhance analytical and communication abilities. Previous roles include Product Rollout Scheduling & Implementation Lead, ESL Specialist at Avery County Schools, and a Freelance Translator.
