Jack Tay is a seasoned professional with significant experience in sales and account management across various roles within Synthomer since January 2018, currently serving as Regional Distribution Manager. Previously, Jack held positions as Sales and Marketing Manager for the FB and Foam segments, and as Senior Sales Representative for Adhesives and Textiles in the Asia Pacific region, where responsibilities included managing accounts across 13 countries and achieving annual growth targets. Earlier career roles included serving as Sales Representative in Malaysia, where Jack managed over 35 accounts, provided tailored solutions within the coatings and adhesives industries, and resolved customer-related issues.
