Michael Hill is currently the Head of Functional Engineering in North America and has held various engineering roles throughout their career. They served as Head of Process Improvement for Asia at Synthomer from 2018 to 2023 and worked as a Principal Process Engineer at Costain Oil, Gas & Process Ltd from 2011 to 2013. Previously, Michael held positions as a Senior Process Engineer at Morgan Professional Services Ltd and a Lead Process Engineer at Bouygues Energies & Services (UK). Their engineering experience began with a placement at Dow Corning in 1999 and continued with several roles at AMEC from 2001 to 2007. Michael earned a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Aston University, completing their studies in 2001.
