Michael Winter

Michael Winter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in chemical engineering and process innovation. Currently serving as the Process Innovation and Sustainability Director at Synthomer since June 2021, Michael has a strong background in esterification and hydrogenation technology from a previous tenure at Johnson Matthey, where responsibilities included both managerial and engineering roles from April 2005 to June 2021. Michael holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, completed between 1999 and 2003.
