Rick de Wolf

Rick de Wolf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chemical and environmental engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Management of Change System Manager at Synthomer since January 2020, Rick has also held roles as a Health and Environmental Engineer and Safety Inspector. Prior experience includes serving as Process Safety Responsible and Commissioning & Startup Operator at Neste from April 2017 to January 2020, as well as working as a Process Technologist in the R&D department at Trinseo from August 2016 to March 2017. Rick began a career in operations as a Process Operator at Yara International between February 2014 and August 2015. Rick's academic background includes advanced training in radiation hygiene from Delft University of Technology, a diploma in operational technology from Scalda Vlissingen, and various professional development courses.
