Tim Richards

Tim Richards has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in the chemicals industry. Tim started their career in 2007 as an Associate at Eversheds Sutherland, where they worked until 2012. After that, from 2012 to 2015, they served as the Managing Legal Counsel at Synthomer plc., a global chemicals company. In 2015, they joined Technology Law Alliance as a Senior Associate before returning to Synthomer in 2016. At Synthomer, they held the position of Head of Legal until 2020 when they were promoted to Vice President, Group Legal & Compliance. Throughout their career, Tim has gained expertise in various legal matters, including commercial work, IP/R&D, competition law, corporate governance, and more.

Tim Richards completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leicester from 2001 to 2004. Tim later pursued a Legal Practice Course at the College of law (Chester) from 2006 to 2007.
