Synthrics is the only ANZ-specific AI tender platform combining embedded bid expertise, autonomous compliance verification, source-verified intelligence, and hard Australian data sovereignty in a single, purpose built system. We've engaged with CSIRO to work towards independently validating our quality and accuracy claims.

Most bids are put together under extreme pressure and with competing priorities, which increases compliance risk and threatens quality.

AI promises a brighter future in which the heavy lifting is done by machines, freeing humans to do what they do best; creating human connections and mutually beneficial symbiotic working relationships.

But the revolution isn’t here yet. And that’s why we’ve started Synthrics.

The team at Synthrics has spent decades working with bid teams all around the globe, includes leaders certified to the highest possible level by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, and hard-core technical architects. We know bidding and technology inside and out, unlike many others jumping on the AI in bidding bandwagon.

Rather than rush to outlandish claims about win rate uplifts and productivity gains, we’ve concentrated on Problem Zero: creating professional-grade content, from auditable knowledge sources, using workflows that make sense for bid people.

We want to unlock the revolution by dispelling common perceptions about AI in bidding; lary language, hallucinations, workslop, content mixing across bids, and provenance failures that procurement authorities are increasingly flagging.

Our mission is to create the most reliable, accurate and usable AI bidding platform on the market. The difference? Genuine work-winning pedigree allied with the best technologies for the task in hand.
