SynTier Engineering, Inc. was formed in late 2018.  Our staff has over 50 years of combined experience providing efficient, cost-effective civil engineering services for our clients in the Palouse, Clearwater Valley and Spokane Valley.  A major factor for opening a small firm in Pullman was to remove ourselves from corporate red tape, and provide a high level of local knowledge with professional expertise.  SynTier focuses on personal, one-on-one relationships with each of our highly-valued customers. We pledge to be accessible at all times throughout your project and ensure to be an integral part of your team.  

SynTier Engineering provides general civil engineering services and surveying to private, commercial, and residential developers, as well as municipal public agencies and institutional entities. We offer pre-development consulting, design PS&E’s and construction administration to all potential clients. SynTier also offers surveying services including platting, boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys as well as construction staking.
