Anitha P.

Anitha P. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Anitha is currently working as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Syntrio, starting in July 2021. Before that, they worked at Farrow from February 2018 to July 2021, where they held the role of Team Lead Business Systems. At Farrow, they were responsible for capturing critical business requirements, designing and planning API Integration projects, managing multiple projects, reporting IT project status updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Anitha also performed detailed data analyses and was involved in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.

Prior to Farrow, Anitha worked at Essex Energy as a Senior Software Developer from October 2012 to September 2016. In this role, they led a project worth over $1 million, played a key role in requirements gathering, analyzed and estimated development work, and spearheaded data migration. Anitha also designed and developed a Validation and Estimation Engine, performed code reviews, and deployed web components on various environments.
