Dom Povilauskas is the Co-Founder and CEO of [Syntropy](/org/syntropy). Dom was previously the Co-founder and CEO of Tellq, a lean and powerful in-house call center solution for small and medium enterprises. Prior to that, they were a trader who developed excel models for all main economic indicators in US and created a GDP forecasting model based on probabilities (regression). Dom has also worked as a financial analyst for Value Square and Orion Securities UAB FMI.

Dom Povilauskas has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University and a Type in Economics from ISM University of Management and Economics.

William B. Norton is the Co-Founder & Chief Technical Liaison at [Syntropy](/org/syntropy). William has over 20 years of experience in the field of internet peering and cloud network performance measurement. William is a well-known expert in the field, having published 3 white papers and delivered a dozen webinars on the topic. William has several patents pending on Internet routing and optimized path selection.

Prior to joining [Syntropy](/org/syntropy), Norton was the Chief Scientist at Console Connect Inc., where they led strategic research initiatives surrounding cloud network performance measurement. William also served as an Internet Peering Expert for the European Commission advisory group that reviewed and advised on the ETICS project (defining quality of service measures for interconnected European Internet Networks.)

Norton is a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded DrPeering in 1998 and serving as its CEO until 2008. William then went on to co-found [Equinix](/org/equinix), where they served as the Chief Technical Liaison until 2015.

William B. Norton received their Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a focus in entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial studies. Prior to that, they obtained their BA in computer science from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.

Jonas Simanavicius is the co-founder and CTO of [Syntropy](/org/syntropy). Jonas was previously the Lead Instructor at Turing Society, where they taught JavaScript, Algorithms and Data Structures. Prior to that, they were the CTO and co-founder of Clouder. Jonas has also worked as a mobile application developer and consultant for Techsnapp Ltd. and Approar Ltd. Jonas is a graduate of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Jonas Simanavicius attended Panevezys Secondary School No. 5 in Lithuania before coming to [The University of Edinburgh](/org/the-university-of-edinburgh) to study software engineering with management. Jonas graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree.

Kevin Gavin is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at [Syntropy](/org/syntropy). Prior to this, Kevin was the CMO at Canto from January 2018 to December 2018. From June 2016 to June 2017, Kevin was the CMO at [Five9](/org/five9) where they were responsible for marketing communications, demand generation, product marketing, and channel marketing for the company. Kevin successfully established a strong brand platform as the leading provider of SD-WAN solutions and revamped lead gen program to incorporate quantitative and data driven marketing automation with closed loop analytics and funnel management including lead nurturing and lead scoring while at Talari Networks from July 2013 to July 2016. Revenue more than doubled in 2015 over 2014 during Kevin's time at Talari Networks. Kevin was acquired by Oracle in 2016. From July 2007 to July 2013, Kevin was the CMO at ShoreTel.

Kevin Gavin graduated from The Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management.
