Rahul Kumar has over 10 years of experience in customer success, account management, and technical support. Rahul began their career in 2011 as a Technical Support Rep at HP. In 2013, they joined EMC as an Associate Project Manager II - Service Operations, and later on as an Associate Delivery Specialist - Change Lead. In 2016, they moved to Akamai Technologies as a Sr. Account Manager (Client Services) and a Client Services Manager - Account Manager. In 2019, they joined Sprinkl as a Senior Manager - Customer Success and Manager, Customer success. In 2021, they moved to JFrog as an Account Manager, Major Accounts, and in 2022 they joined Synup as the Director, Customer Success.

Rahul Kumar's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Don Bosco Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011, and a Pre University from St Joseph's Pre University College from 2005 to 2007.
