David Lear

David Lear has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as the Manager of Automation at Synventive Molding Solutions since July 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of software developers focused on automating business processes and supporting applications like Salesforce. Previously, David held various leadership roles at Moldflow Corporation, including Director of Information Technology, where a global IT team was managed to support over 300 employees, and at PTC, where significant contributions were made in customer service and quality during a period of remarkable company growth. David earned a BS in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and multiple degrees in engineering and management from renowned institutions.
