We are a high-quality specialist further education college for autistic young people. 

Here at Syon Manor College, our teaching practices and supportive style provision, ensures that our learners are given an opportunity to succeed within their communities. Our young people have the ability to thrive with the high levels of specialist support we provide, and having their unique individual skills developed to help them to live a fulfilling life.

We are encouraging our students to be independent and explore possible future opportunities, for example, entering the Labour Market, living independently and future education options. It is important that our young people are thinking about their next steps, we are able to tailor our approaches to all students individual aspirations through Employment and Careers support, alongside developing life skills.

We offer a wide choice across a broad curriculum, consisting of academic, vocational and life skills. We offer BTEC and GCSE courses and Functional Skills qualifications in Maths, English and ICT which equip our students with practical skills required for independence in everyday life. Other choices include ASDAN accreditations where the necessary personal, social and work-related abilities towards employability, or independence can be delivered. ASDAN accreditations are offered a range of subjects and skills including Catering, Functional Literacy, Numeracy, ICT, Image in Action, Independent Living Skills, Social and Vocational Skills, Fitness and Art as Therapy.

We have onsite Therapy Team that are able to give one to one support and group sessions to our students, depending on their individual needs. 

We have regular Open Days where visitors will have the opportunity to speak to Subject Tutors, on site Therapy team, Principle, Deputy Heads, Careers Lead  and the admissions team.
