Aman Agarwal

Aman Agarwal began their professional career in 2008 with Schlumberger as a General Field Engineer - Wireline. In this role, they were the primary contact between the client and Schlumberger at the well site, leading a 6-8 member team to maintain and operate million dollar equipment in order to deliver high-technology open-hole and cased-hole formation evaluation services. In 2013, Aman moved to Halliburton as a General Field Professional - Wireline, where they logged offshore wells in the Gulf of Thailand for Chevron. In 2016, Aman became Co-Founder & CTO of Syook, where they led the product and engineering team to create an innovative IoT product. As Head of Technology, Aman was responsible for system design and architecture, feature engineering for scale and performance, system reliability, observability, cyber security, DevOps, UI/UX, QA, IoT hardware and firmware design, cloud technologies and services, team building, coaching and mentoring.

Aman Agarwal completed a Master's Degree in Petroleum Economics and Management from IFP School between 2014 and 2015. Aman also did a Master's Exchange at BI Norwegian Business School in 2014, in Economics and Management. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras between 2004 and 2008. Aman also attended Apeejay School, Noida from 1991 to 2004.
