CTO at SYOS

Carlos Bugs has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Carlos started their career in 2004 as an Electronics Designer in the instrumentation area at Instrumentos para Laboratório TR. Carlos then worked as an Electrical Designer in the automotive area at Engetest Eletrônica LTDA from 2006 to 2008.

From 2008 to 2009, Carlos worked as a Project Feasibility Analyst at Biruta Midias Mirabolantes, where they conducted engineering tests and research and development for new projects.

In 2010, Carlos joined PV INOVA as a Project Technical Manager, where they implemented large projects and provided customer consulting.

In 2011, they worked as a New Project Manager at HomeBlue - Soluções Elegantes em Automação, overseeing the management of new projects.

Carlos moved on to Biogenie - Development of technology for dentistry area in 2011, where they worked as an Embedded Software and Hardware Developer. Their responsibilities included the development of hardware and firmware for dental machines, laboratory tests, and collaboration with software and mechanical engineering teams.

From 2013 to 2014, Carlos worked at GTA - Advanced Technology Group as a Development of Technology Solutions specialist, providing product analysis, rapid prototyping, and technology consulting.

In 2014, they joined Thinc - IoT for Incs as a Manager of Technology. In this role, Carlos managed new projects in large clients, conducted research and development of technologies in fleet management, and performed laboratory tests for concept validation.

Most recently, Carlos worked as the CTO at SYOS since 2019, where they are involved in leading the technology department.

Carlos Bugs completed their technical degree in Electronics with a focus on Embedded Software and Hardware Design at FUNDAÇÃO LIBERATO between 2000 and 2005. Carlos later pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Computer Systems, at UERJ from 2007 to 2016.
