Thorsten Klein

Thorsten holds a deep passion for creating better and more equitable futures and helping leaders reimagine themselves, their teams, and their organizations to create meaningful shifts for impact.

Prior to SYPartners, Thorsten led employee experience, culture renewal, talent, leadership development, and organizational change internationally and at group-level for companies like eBay, Coca Cola HBC, Suntory, 3M, and Zurich Insurance. He has worked across a wide range of business scenarios and sectors, both in mature and emerging markets. A consulted thought-leader on the future of work, Thorsten has been deeply involved in bringing innovative people and culture practices into Coca Cola HBC and eBay.

In his spare time, Thorsten enjoys giving back and running his own charitable initiatives together with his wife in memory of their daughter. He has also worked as a humanitarian coach and charity business mentor to help social organizations increase their impact.

A certified executive coach, Thorsten holds a M.A. in Sociology from Goethe University and a M.A. in Human Resources Development from TU Kaiserslautern, both in Germany. Thorsten has been trained in strategic foresight and a range of leadership development and organizational change tools.
