Robert Sroka

Robert Sroka is currently a board member at Sypris Solutions. Robert has over 30 years of experience in the corporate world, holding various positions such as managing director, director, and chairman of the board of directors. Robert has a wealth of experience in industries such as pet care, meatpacking, and investment banking.

Sroka began their career at J.P. Morgan in 1983 and worked their way up to managing director by 1997. Robert then left to join CSG Partners as managing director, where they stayed until 2010. In 2003, they also took on the role of chairman of the board of directors at Avado Brands. Robert held both positions until 2005, when they left Avado Brands to join Rockland Advisory Group, LLC.

In 2008, Sroka joined Stampede Meat, Inc. as a director. Robert remained with the company until it was sold to Wynnchurch Capital in 2017. From 2014 to 2016, they were also a director at Pet Partners LLC, which was sold to Mars Petcare in 2016.

Sroka joined Sypris Solutions Inc in 2018 as a board member. Robert brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge from their many years in the corporate world.

Robert Sroka's educational career includes obtaining an MBA in finance/management from NYU Stern School of Business, an M.A. in Ibero-American Studies from New York University, and an A.B. in Robert'story from the University at Buffalo.
