This team also coordinates game night social media updates and ensures seamless in-arena entertainment for fans, enhancing the overall game night experience.

The Hockey Operations team at Syracuse Crunch is responsible for supporting the physical and logistical needs of the players and ensuring optimal performance on and off the ice. This includes managing equipment (Head and Assistant Equipment Managers), providing medical care and rehabilitation (Head Athletic Trainer and Orthopedic And Sports Physical Therapist), enhancing player fitness and conditioning (Strength & Conditioning Coach), and assisting with various operational tasks (Hockey Operations Intern).
