David Persson currently serves as Corporate Finance Director at Syre, a textile impact company dedicated to decarbonizing and reducing waste in the textile industry through large-scale textile recycling, since June 2023. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Altor Equity Partners from June 2017 to May 2023, including Senior Associate and Associate, and worked at McKinsey & Company from April 2014 to May 2017 as an Associate, focusing on Private Equity clients. Earlier experience includes roles as an Investment Intern at Altor Equity Partners, IBD Summer Analyst at Nomura in the Technology, Media & Telecom team, and Analyst Intern at both Applied Value and Catella Corporate Finance. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, completed in 2013, and attended Viktor Rydberg Gymnasium Odenplan from 2004 to 2007.
