Ibrahim Bitar

Ibrahim Bitar is a Mobile Application Developer at Syriatel Mobile Telecom since February 2022. Previously, Ibrahim served as an Information Technology Support Specialist at HADEED MMC from June 2020 to February 2022 and an Information Technology Support Technician at Tasdid for E-services from November 2019 to June 2020, focusing on resolving technical issues and ensuring operational efficiency across various centers. Ibrahim began a career in customer service at Syrian Telecom from August 2015 to September 2019. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor's degree in IT from Syrian Virtual University (2014-2022) and is currently enrolled in the Cisco Networking Academy since 2019.
