Ben B.

Ben B. has over 25 years of work experience, beginning in 1995 with American Management Systems (AMS) as an Engineer. In 1997, they moved to Avicenna/CareInsite, Inc. as a Principal Engineer. Ben then joined Mercator Software in 1999 as a Principal Engineer. In 2000, Ben became an Engineering Manager at IONA Technologies. In 2003, they were a Founding Engineer at Archivas, which was acquired by Hitachi in 2005. At Hitachi Data Systems, Ben held roles as Director of Product Development, Senior Product Manager, Portfolio Strategy and Acquisitions, and Principal Engineer and Lead Architect. In 2013, they joined DataXu as a Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering. Ben was then Head of Product, Design, Engineering at NEWNESS from 2022 to 2023, and is currently Vice President of Engineering at Syrup Tech.

Ben B. attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business. Ben then went on to pursue a MS in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
