The growth of Sys-Con into one of the region's largest contractors is evidence of our success in meeting or exceeding our clients' expectations. This high-level of achievement is a direct result of the people employed by Sys-Con and the services we provide.

All employees, from the trade people to senior management, are committed to the goal of delivering successful projects to our clients. We know that it is people who build projects - not firms. Our staff's management and self-performance experience in the site, concrete, steel, and building interior disciplines allows our project team to provide the best construction solutions to control cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
Supporting this staff are approximately 95 full-time professionals and a seasoned field work force that fluctuates between 150 and 250. On every project, our staff's goal is to develop a team atmosphere that fosters trust among team members.
