Steve Blanco

Steve Blanco has been a professional musician since 1998, when they began working for Steve Blanco Music. Steve also co-founded Insomnia Creations the same year, serving as Lead Creator and Music and Media Evangelist. In 1999, they began providing private music instruction for piano, bass, and drums in all styles, specializing in Jazz, Rock, and Metal. In 2004, they started working for SYS-CON Media as a Media Specialist, handling video production, shooting, editing, webcasting, encoding, streaming, and stagehand duties. In 2010, they founded Black and Blanco, Inc., an organic cookie company, and served as its President and Co-founder, handling all operations from baking, marketing, sales, shipping, and delivery. In 2015, they began working for Hands On A/V as a Stagehand and Tech, setting and striking A/V at properties from Grand Hyatt to Pierre.

Steve Blanco attended Purchase College, SUNY from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Music. Steve also attended Conservatorium van Amsterdam from 2000 to 2001, although no degree or field of study was specified.
