Ilaria Cecchini

Ilaria Cecchini is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in communication, marketing, and education. As the Co-Founder of Women At Business since October 2019, Ilaria has been instrumental in creating a platform that enhances professional connections for women, leveraging an innovative matching algorithm to promote cultural diversity. Ilaria currently leads the Stem Women Congress Ambassadors program, focusing on addressing the gender gap in STEM fields. Additionally, Ilaria holds the position of Group Communication Manager at SYS-DAT Group and serves on the executive board of Terziario Donna Milano. With extensive experience in digital innovation and customer experience training, Ilaria has contributed as a professor at IFOA and as a trainer at EY and MPS Consulting. Previous roles include marketing at LA FENICE S.r.l. and event management advisory at Buzzoole. Ilaria’s educational background includes a Master's degree in General Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a degree in Communication Science from IULM University.
