Ilan Farhi is currently the VP of Strategic Programs & Customer Relations at SysAid, where they drive alignment between product, technology, and customers to turn strategy into measurable impact. Previously, they held the positions of VP of Customer Experience and Senior Director of Customer Care and Professional Services at SysAid, as well as the Head of Information Technology Department at Hadassa Medical Centers. Ilan's career began as an IT Specialist at Shamam and later included ownership of Computing Solutions. With a strong background in project management, they focus on fostering high-performing teams and enhancing customer experiences through adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
