Johan Backman is an experienced procurement and sourcing professional with a strong background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Procurement Officer at Sysav since June 2022, Johan previously held the position of Global Category Leader at E.ON, where responsibilities included steering strategic and tactical sourcing activities for a global category. Earlier roles include Category Manager for Medical habilitation & aid at Region Skåne and strategic positions at Sony Mobile Communications, including Senior Manager and Global Commodity Buyer.
