T'Shera Adderley

T'Shera Adderley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in payroll administration and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Payroll Coordinator at Sysco Bahamas since June 2021, T'Shera previously held the position of Human Resources and Payroll Officer at Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas from September 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing all HR functions as a department of one. Earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at The Mailboat Company Ltd, where duties encompassed accounts receivables, cash handling, and customer service. T'Shera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of The Bahamas, completed in 2019.
