Ted Bayer

Ted Bayer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and software sectors. As CEO of SYSCOM, Inc. since October 1982, Ted has received multiple accolades for rapid business growth, including recognition from Deloitte & Touche and Inc. magazine, and was named the Ernst & Young Maryland Entrepreneur of the Year in High Tech/Software. Ted also served as Co-Chairman of the Board at THINQ Learning Solutions from 2003 to 2007, and held CEO positions at PublicBuy.net LLC, where a multi-tenant SAAS eProcurement solution was developed, and TrainingServer, Inc., which was spun out from SYSCOM and later merged with THINQ Learning before being acquired by Saba. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and further education from The Johns Hopkins University.
