Norman Cheng

Norman Cheng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support, project management, and business development within the ICT sector. Currently serving as the Director of the Technical Support Division at SYSCOM COMPUTER ENGINEERING CO. since May 2016, Norman previously held leadership roles, including Director of the Sales Division at HwaCom Systems Inc. and Director of Project Management & Tech. Support Division focusing on Public Utilities at SYSCOM from 2009 to 2016. Norman's career began at Lanner Electronics Inc. as Associate Vice President, responsible for strategic consulting and product planning. With a solid foundation in telecommunications and embedded platforms, Norman also served as Director at Asiacast Inc., where collaborations with major telecom companies were key to providing cutting-edge services. Norman Cheng holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from National Sun Yat-Sen University.
