Scott Loomis, CPA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience across various sectors, including fintech, predictive analytics, and asset management. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Sysdyne Technologies since 2023, Scott previously held the same title at Lumesis, Inc., where contributions were pivotal in positioning the company for acquisition by SOLVE Advisors in 2022. Scott’s earlier roles include CFO at Meraglim Holdings and Miller & Associates, where strategic leadership facilitated growth and operational integration. Prior tenure includes significant positions at O'Shaughnessy Asset Management, Legg Mason Capital Management, Aquilent, Impact Innovations Group, and Deloitte & Touche, where a strong foundation in finance and operations was established. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's University.
