James Morrick is an experienced telecommunications professional with a background in both technical and account management roles. Currently serving as a Technical Account Executive at SysGen Solutions Group since January 2018, James previously held a position as a Telecommunications Technician at Telebyte Communications Inc. since April 2012, specializing in the installation and maintenance of VOIP and TDM telecommunication systems. Prior experience includes working as an Installation and Maintenance Technician at Ledcor LTS Division, focusing on DSL, IP-TV, and POTS systems. James holds a Telecommunications Technician degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and an Electronics Common Core Certificate from the University of the Fraser Valley, along with ongoing self-study in Microsoft Azure.
