Shane Jordan

Shane Jordan has several years of experience in service delivery and operations management roles. Shane began their career as a Senior Director of Service Delivery at Novitex Enterprise Solutions, where they were responsible for managing operations across Canada. Shane ensured compliance with operational SLAs and provided analysis and recommendations to contract administrators. In 2016, they joined Exela Technologies as Vice President of Service Delivery, where they managed operations in Canada and oversaw operational planning and compliance. Shane then moved on to SysGen Solutions Group, first as the Director of Service Delivery and later as the Vice President of Service Delivery. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing legal contracts, and administering P&L and budgets for service delivery.

Shane Jordan completed a leadership training program, "Leading Beyond Any Title," at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2023 to 2024.
