Sam Strahan

Sam Strahan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the tire pressure monitoring systems industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Sysgration Ltd. since June 2023, Strahan previously held the position of Senior Engineering Consultant at Glodea GmbH for a brief period in early 2023. From December 1995 to December 2022, Strahan contributed significantly to Schrader Electronics, ascending to the role of Technology Development Manager, where oversight of innovation and development of tire pressure sensing technologies occurred. Strahan's earlier roles included Design Team Manager and Electronic Design Engineer, with notable achievements such as the successful launch of eight product generations and the design of the world's first potted RF-based tire pressure sensor. Strahan holds a Master of Science in Electronics and Signal Processing and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Systems from Ulster University.
