Mark Spear

Mark Spear is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Business Transformation at SysGroup since September 2019, Mark has previously held roles such as Business Systems Manager and Projects and Provisioning Manager within the same organization. Prior to SysGroup, Mark was a Senior Project Manager at The Open University and a Digital Project Manager at Westminster City Council. Experience also includes positions at Walgreens Boots Alliance, Bupa, Lloyds Banking Group, Project One, Atos Origin, and Schlumberger in various leadership and consulting roles. Mark holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc in Computer Studies from The University of Sheffield.
