SYSIL is an active mentorship and skills acquisition academy. A vision born from a simple but
powerful belief “young people deserve more than certificates.
” They deserve opportunity,
guidance and a system that doesn’t just teach them, but walks with them.
Founded by four creatives actively working in the digital space, SYSIL is lived experience. We
took courses but when the videos ended, so did the support. That’s why we created this
academy so the next generation doesn’t have to figure it all out alone.
We equip youths with high-income digital skills but beyond skills, we build a family of creatives
where they’re not just students but an active member of a growing ecosystem.
