Mateja Lučić

Mateja Lučić has a diverse range of work experience. Mateja began their career at HR Partners in 2019 as a Hospitality Recruiter, before moving on to work at CDMO - Centar za djecu, mlade i obitelj (Center for Children, Youth and Family) in 2016, where they served as an Associate working with children. Mateja then joinedMaistra d.d. (Adris group) in 2020 as a People Development Associate in the Human Resources department. Currently, they are employed at SysKit as a People Operations Generalist.

Mateja Lučić holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Hrvatsko katoličko sveučilište - Croatian Catholic University, which was obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, Lučić earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university, completing the program from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Lučić has obtained various certifications including HR & Legal Affairs from Mirakul in May 2022, Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in July 2021, and an Expert Exam; Basic Permit from Hrvatska psihološka komora in April 2021.
