Toni Frankola

Toni Frankola is the co-founder and CEO of SysKit Ltd. since September 2009. Toni has led SysKit from a small startup to a 50+ person company, selling software to large corporations in over 70 countries. SysKit was recognized on Deloitte's Fast 500 Central Europe list in 2015 and selected as the Best Employer in Croatia in 2015 and 2018. Toni Frankola envisioned and designed the world-leading SharePoint inventory tool, SPDocKit, while also creating many other SysKit products and product lines.

Prior to SysKit Ltd., Toni Frankola was the User Group Lead for the Croatian SharePoint User Group from November 2009 to December 2015.

From 2008 to 2012, Toni Frankola worked as an Author for End User SharePoint.

From September 2007 to September 2009, Toni Frankola worked as the Microsoft Team Lead at Perpetuum Mobile d.o.o. Toni introduced new product offerings based on Microsoft technologies, hired and managed a team of engineers, and led complex projects based on Microsoft infrastructure such as SharePoint and Dynamics CRM. Prior to that, from January 2006 to September 2007, Toni Frankola held the role of Software Architect and Project Manager at Perpetuum Mobile d.o.o.

From October 2001 to January 2006, Toni Frankola worked as a Software Architect and Program Manager at Polar d.o.o. During this time, they introduced a new offering of web-based help desk systems and was responsible for the overall product business strategy, product management, and software architecture. Before that, from February 2000 to October 2001, Toni Frankola worked as a Software Developer at Polar d.o.o.

Toni Frankola obtained a Masters Degree in Computing from FER between the years 2000 and 2006. Moreover, in the year 2020 to 2021, Toni pursued an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from IEDC - Bled School of Management.
