Chris Lay

Chris Lay is an experienced electrical engineer and project manager with a career spanning multiple companies and roles. Chris began as an electrical engineer at EYP Mission Critical Facilities from July 2002 to October 2005, before joining RTKL in 2005, where tenure lasted until 2008. Following this, Chris held the position of electrical engineer at Liberty Engineering from October 2008 to August 2010 and served as the director of operations for the Mid Atlantic region at AHA Consulting Engineers from September 2010 to July 2017. In September 2017, Chris transitioned to a project manager role at Black & Veatch for several months before becoming a senior associate and supervising engineer at Syska Hennessy Group in July 2018. Educationally, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Religion from Bucknell University, attained in 2002.
