Matthew Brady

Matthew Brady, PE, is a Senior Engineer at Columbia University, where they currently apply their extensive engineering expertise. Previously, Matthew served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy from 2009 to 2014, managing reactor plant operations and overseeing a team of nuclear-trained sailors. They also held positions as a Mechanical Engineer and Associate Partner at Syska Hennessy Group, as well as a Mechanical Engineer at Bala Consulting Engineers. Matthew began their engineering career as an intern at Jaros Baum & Bolles, where they focused on commercial HVAC systems.
