Richard Nowak, LEED A.P., currently serves as the National Director at Syska Hennessy Group, where responsibilities include assisting clients in achieving optimal project outcomes and leading the Smart Building Practice while contributing to Syska Innovations. Prior to this role, Richard had an extensive tenure at Siemens from 1999 to 2021, holding positions such as Segment Head for Smart Buildings & Building Automation, Vice President of Strategic Projects, Area Sales Manager, and Sales Manager, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction and market share in the NY/NJ region. Richard’s early career included roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Facilities Engineer. Educational qualifications include an MBA in MIS/Finance and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering, both from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
