Hiro Wada has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hiro is currently working as the Global R&D Lead and Vice President at Sysmex Corporation. Prior to that, they served as the Enterprise Project Manager at Moneytree and as the Director at HW Consulting LLC. Hiro also held positions at Santander Holdings US as the SVP, Finance Transformation Test Director, at Hasbro as a Senior Consultant, and at Boston Consulting Group as a Senior IT Consultant and Business Analyst. Additionally, they worked at Iron Mountain as a Senior IT Consultant and at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Manager and Manager in Quality Assurance Management.

Hiro Wada has a diverse education background. Hiro studied Artificial Intelligence at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, they pursued German language studies at the Goethe Institut in Germany. Hiro further expanded their education by obtaining an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. In terms of certifications, they completed the program "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" at MIT Sloan Executive Education and became a Certified ScrumMaster® through BadgeCert in December 2018.
