Elan Pratzer

Elan Pratzer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the Founder of System-3 and CEO of Elan Pratzer & Partners, Elan has demonstrated entrepreneurial acumen and strategic oversight. Previous positions include Managing Partner at Caldwell, leading the Financial Services and Real Estate divisions, and serving as Managing Partner for Canada at Korn/Ferry International. Additionally, Elan held the position of Chair at Executive Risk Group. Elan Pratzer holds an LLB in Law from the University of Toronto and completed undergraduate studies at McGill University.
