Julia Power

Julia Power is an experienced professional currently serving as an Implementations Associate at System-3, where responsibilities include liaising between teams and delivering leadership analysis insights. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at nugget.ai, focusing on correlational studies and data analysis using R programming, and as a Junior Consultant at Organization & Management Solutions, developing organizational strategies. Additionally, Julia has served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Guelph, enhancing student learning in psychological research topics, and held leadership positions in customer service and youth mentoring roles. Julia holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental Psychology from the University of Guelph and University of Windsor, respectively.
