Adele Baghban

Adele Baghban is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team Lead and HR Business Partner at System Group since August 2021. Prior to this, Adele held the position of Head of Human Resources at Ezam Automotive Parts Group from March 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities included serving as a liaison between management and employees. Earlier career experiences include roles such as Quality Control Supervisor at System Group from June 2011 to March 2015, Advisor at Shirin Asal Food Industrial Group in 2010, and System Analyst at Atieh Dadeh Pardaz from 2009 to 2010. Academic achievements include a PhD in System Management from Islamic Azad University, a Master's degree in Industrial Management from Allameh Tabataba'i University, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman.
