Tim Wear

Tim Wear has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Tim started their career in 2006 as a Co-Owner/Client Relations at Shawn's Lawns Inc and worked there until 2012. Tim then worked in the banking sector, first at People's United Bank from 2013 to 2014, where they held roles as a Senior Customer Service Associate, Financial Services Associate, and Senior Financial Services Associate. Tim then moved to Citizens Bank in 2014, where they served as an Assistant Branch Manager and later as a Small Business Specialist. In 2015, they joined People's United Bank, N.A. as a Sr Financial Services Associate, and subsequently became a Retail Manager Trainee and a Branch Manager. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Head of Client Success at SmartBooks Corp., where they focused on designing and implementing fractional finance departments for small businesses. In 2019, they became a Co-Owner and Director of Business Development at Cigar Outfitters. In 2022, they co-founded Build Better LLC and served as the CEO and Founder, while also working as a Fractional COO/Integrator at Key Performance Integrators. In 2023, they became the Head of Sales at System Six and also founded Snack Savvy as an Owner/Founder.

Tim Wear received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University in 2022. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Finance, General from the same university in 2020. Tim also attended Beverly High School from 2000 to 2004, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
