Ben Hardman

Ben Hardman is the Founder and National Director of Banded and serves as the Executive Director of the Grace Family of Churches. As a leadership coach and strategic advisor with Awaken Consulting Group, Ben helps business and nonprofit leaders build effective organizations. Previously, Ben held roles such as Chief Strategy Officer at OCEAN Programs and CoFounder of Gravity Leadership. They have extensive experience in various leadership positions, including Lead Pastor at Grace Marietta and Founder of Kingdom Dreams Initiative. Ben is currently pursuing a degree in Bible/Biblical Studies at Anderson University.
