Jonathan Chen is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in strategic innovation and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Catalyst at Blue Tide Catalysts since August 2017, Jonathan specializes in transforming small and medium businesses by fostering accountability and productivity. In addition to this role, Jonathan is a certified coach with System & Soul, a founder and partner at CC Investments, and has held prominent positions such as Associate Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Cognizant and CEO of Elemental Beverage Company. An accomplished entrepreneur, Jonathan co-founded Erpster and has successfully scaled businesses, notably increasing lending capacity tenfold at Norfolk Capital. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Computer Science from Stanford University.
